The first four tips will focus on diet as this is the most important component of any fat loss program. Adding the fifth tip provides an enhanced effect to help you lose your weight fast. 1) Cut the starches.

As your body does not need a lot of energy right now, drop items like rice and potatoes which are full of energy. Removing starches from your diet will force your body to burn extra body fat. This is an important step before starting tip number 5.

2) Remove all forms of sugar from your daily intake.
